Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my amazing fianc JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. I post my daily life: my highs, lows and all between. I moved to America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was just one and a half years old. older. I wouldn't be now sharing my story for you were it not since my parents were devoted to determination and dedication. Given the chance to live an improved life I was determined to try the best I could to please them and was focused on achieving my goals. Within my head, I knew what the plan was to live my life. Go to college and get a degree. Be married. Get a home. Get kids. While I believed this was the standard for successful, my life was not following the strategies. My corporate job in 2013 was something I dreaded. Status and money did not bring me joy. I felt I was living a solitary time to make a living. While navigating my way to a new direction in my career, I found that I was meant to become an instructor. I was a fan of exercising, I enjoyed being social, and I love helping people. I began my business in 2014. My company is celebrating its seven-year anniversary this year. Since I am an Asian female working in the field, there are a few of us. My goal is to be a positive influencer within the field to offer quality coaching to empower people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to the individual needs and desires. I also strive to empower others to go after their dreams and do all they wish to in life. As my professional career took flight I also lost my mom. The loss of my mother is worst of everything. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's at peace at Heaven. I will never forget her, and always remember her in my mind as well as my heart. Although you may not be able to see it initially, the universe is a way of offering us the things we require. Many ways, my mom's death changed me. I honestly believe that she gave me another opportunity to be a part of her story after she passed away. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. Now it was time for her to move on to her next chapter and my chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. In the 30's I am more alive than ever. I am able to say that I live my life today rather than just existing like I was before. I share my life and experiences with you, hoping that you'll be able to connect with my words and experiences for you to feel secure knowing that you're not alone, for you to be aware that you are beyond capable of anything you put your heart into. that true love exists that therapy is a necessity and normal to be healthy is truly the best source of wealth. As death is all we have in life, I hope you enjoy the rest of your days and live with no regrets.
