Noureen was born in New York City on 28 February 1984. Her desire to become an actress has been constant. The foundations of her career when she enrolled at Boston University's School of the Arts. The career of Noureen began shortly when she finished her degree. Then she began auditioning for roles in various films. In 2005 she obtained a prominent role in a movie called West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was shown at various festival events around the world.
